Reservation - Conditions

• 1. Bookings for 12 people or more cannot book using the online system. Bookings of 12 or more must book via 03 9603 1601
• 2. Bookings are available at listed times only. If your requested time is not listed, you must select the next available time. Please do not place a preferred time in the notes section, as this will be ignored.
• 3. If N/A shows up in the available time slots:
  • a. The restaurant is full or booked out on the day or for the session required OR
  • b. The restaurant is not open on the day or for the session required
• 4. Provided you have not opted out from communications from Red Spice Road or its affiliates, you should receive a booking confirmation via email within 10 minutes of your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail inbox. If the email is not present, then please call the restaurant on 9603 1601 to confirm whether your booking request has been received
• 5. If you receive a confirmation email, no further action is required by you. You booking has been received and confirmed
• 6. Please use the notes section to note any dietary requirements or special requests
• 7. Please note that Red Spice Road does not allow BYO food (ie. Birthday cakes) without prior consent, and does not allow BYO beverage in any form at any time.
• 8. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation number. Please note down this number and use it when communicating to the restaurant. This help us to locate your reservation quickly and accurately
• 9. And finally, our online system has been provided as an additional service to you, our valued customer. It is in no way meant to replace our one-on-one customer service, and we would be happy to accept your reservation at any time via the telephone on 03 9603 1601.
